If you are in therapy currently, stopped therapy, or graduated from therapy, you all have a common thread. You sought out treatment, information, and education regarding your injury. All of you should have received a home exercise program and some advice from your therapist. Now it is up to you to take control of your rehabilitation and recovery. It does make a difference! The time that you are able to spend on your own rehabilitation and recovery far exceeds the time that we can spend with you in therapy and it has the ability to impact your recovery that much more. Your mindset and commitment to your recovery will allow your treatment sessions to progress more quickly and allow you to resume the activities that you want to participate in and enjoy.
